The hostel was clean and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The pool was always clean and it was a great place to relax and socialize with other solo travelers. The staff at Samui Backpacker were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with my transportation needs. I even had a cardigan that I forgot at the hostel and they were kind enough to send it back to me in Bangkok. The hostel is also conveniently located near the airport, a plus for me as I enjoy the sounds of airplanes during my vacation. I had a fantastic experience at Samui Backpacker and I highly recommend it to all backpackers and travelers.

The attention to detail is fantastic, from the clean rooms with their own bathroom, to the provided soaps and the free wifi. The staff here are amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's location. It's almost directly across the road from Big Buddha pier, making it extremely convenient for those planning to visit the nearby islands. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms that were well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was perfect, as it was just a short ride to Chaweng Beach and only a few minutes away from the Big Buddha pier. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were all in working order. The hotel also had a coffee place next door, which was so convenient for grabbing a quick cup in the morning.
No breakfast provided or a kettle in the room.

I stayed at a hostel in Koh Samui and had a great experience. The beds were comfortable, although my partner found them a bit too hard. The man at the front office was kind and helpful, especially with our plans for our next trip to Koh Phangan. There was also a little coffee shop out front that provided excellent value for money and had a diverse menu. I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed meeting other backpackers. Big thanks to the hosts, Michael and Ann, for their great hospitality and helpful recommendations on where to eat and what to see.

The hotel offers convenience for those who want to be near the pier. the location is not as close to good beaches. the staff are friendly, and the rooms are modern and clean, with individual lights and power sockets for each bed. the hostel provides free pool, ping pong and billiards table for a relaxed atmosphere. There is a cheap breakfast place and an expensive Italian place nearby.
The hostel's staff could do with improvement as seen in some of the reviews.
